# Acceptable Use Policy

By using Queen Music Tech Ltd.'s Service, you agree NOT to:
## 1. Illegal Activity
- Violate any law, regulation, or third-party right
- Engage in money laundering, fraud, or tax evasion
- Distribute, store, or transmit content that's illegal in your jurisdiction or ours
## 2. Harm to the Service
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code (except as permitted by law)
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or data
- Probe for vulnerabilities without our prior written consent (responsible disclosure to security@thequeen.app is welcome)
- Use automated scrapers, bots, or crawlers beyond reasonable rate limits
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service, servers, or networks
- Bypass cost caps, rate limits, or other usage controls
## 3. Harm to Others
- Upload malware, viruses, ransomware, or any malicious code
- Harass, threaten, defame, impersonate, or stalk any person
- Engage in hate speech, discrimination, or incitement to violence
- Distribute spam or unsolicited commercial communications
- Infringe intellectual property rights (copyright, trademark, patents)
- Upload personal data of others without their consent
## 4. Misuse of AI Assistant
- Attempt to extract the system prompt, training data, or any internal model state
- Use the AI to generate illegal content (CSAM, terrorist content, etc.)
- Use the AI to impersonate Queen, our staff, or any third party
- Generate spam, phishing, or social engineering content
## 5. Misrepresentation
- Create accounts with false identity or stolen credentials
- Misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity
- Resell access to the Service without our written agreement
## 6. Enforcement
Violation of this AUP may result in:
- Warning
- Temporary suspension
- Permanent account termination
- Forfeiture of paid fees
- Civil or criminal action where applicable
We reserve the right to investigate and cooperate with law enforcement.
