1 · Money

Know exactly what
you're owed

One number you can trust. Every payment in its own currency, at the rate on the day of the show.

1

It lands

Fees arrive from the booking itself.

2

It converts

Euro, pound and dollar side by side, at the rate on the day of the show.

3

It adds up

One yearly figure that never quietly drifts when markets move.

Each show in the currency it was paid in Paid in euros, totalled in dollars
Income rows: shows paid in euros and pounds, a royalty in dollars, and the total in dollars
Income: every payment in the currency it was paid in, totalled in yours

Move the fee. Change the country. This is the real withholding table The Queen runs on, and the reason two identical bookings pay you very differently.

€10,000
Booking fee€10,000
Agent commission−€1,500
Withheld at source−€2,125
Lands in your account€6,375

The Queen books it this way automatically, and tells you which country still owes you a credit back home.

2 · Bookings

Requests from your page and offers from The Queen land in one list. Nothing sits unanswered for a week.

Fair questions

Why would I need this?

“I already have an agent.”

Keep them. Your agent brings the gigs. The Queen keeps your side: every gig in one calendar, including the ones you close yourself, what's left after commission, the contract and the tax. Agencies can work on The Queen too, by invitation.

“Does The Queen collect my money?”

No. The money goes from the promoter straight to you. She shows you who owes you, how much and since when, so nothing slips.

“We agreed on WhatsApp. Why a contract?”

A chat has no deposit, no payment date and nothing to stand on if they cancel. On Pro, the contract is built from the booking in one click, and the promoter signs on the phone without signing up. Burned before or not, it's one click now.

“They cancelled a week before. I turned down another gig for them.”

The Queen's contract has a cancellation window, 14 days by default, and a late-cancellation fee, 50% of the fee by default. With it, a late cancellation still pays. Without it, you lose twice.

“If I send a contract, the promoter will think I'm difficult.”

Serious promoters work with contracts. When you respect your work, they do too. A clean contract that signs in a minute says you're a pro, not a problem.

“I'm still small. Maybe when I grow.”

That's the best time to start. Three shows a month are free, forever, and when the calendar fills up, everything is already in place.

From the founder

Why I built The Queen

I'm a DJ, a producer and I run a label. I wanted order, and real control over what comes in and what goes out. Chasing promoters for payment was exhausting.

I wanted to raise the standard, and I think you deserve to raise it too. Instead of working out whose spreadsheet or calendar is easiest, let her make it simple: who sent you a request, what's booked, what's signed and who still owes you.
